Houses For Africa identifies and aligns the interests of all stakeholders including HFA’s customers and their communities, HFA’s employees, partners and shareholders, the local authorities and municipalities and sovereign states in which HFA operates, multi-lateral donors, NGO’s and aid agencies, HFA’s wholesale lenders, HFA’s construction lenders, HFA’s retail bank partners, local and international contractual savers, insurers, contractors and sub-contractors with whom HFA does business, including materials suppliers, all urban planners, engineers, architects, lawyers, environmental analysts and consultants HFA works with, and HFA’s retail and industrial tenants.
